What IP66 means
Rated IP66, the enclosure is dust-tight and handles hosing from any angle. Cable entries need sealed glands, or water and dust will find a way in.
Stainless or powder-coated steel?
Painted steel is fine under cover: sheds, workshops, pump houses. Where it will be hosed down or sit in the weather, stainless is the safer choice.
