Why "Compact" Matters — DIN-Rail Installation

At 170 × 85 × 130 mm, this is HankeMotor's smallest single-phase VFD. The DIN-rail mounting bracket is included — clip it directly into a standard 35 mm DIN rail inside any existing electrical cabinet without drilling new holes. The detachable keypad can be remote-mounted up to 1 m away, keeping the drive inside the cabinet while the controls are accessible on the panel front.

Circuit Requirements — This Drive Fits a Standard 15A Powerpoint

The 1.5 kW model draws approximately 12 A single-phase at full load — within the capacity of a standard Australian 15 A GPO circuit. For continuous duty, a dedicated 15 A circuit with 2.5 mm² cable is recommended.

Compare: the 3.7 kW model draws ~28 A and requires a dedicated 32 A circuit. If your shed has only a standard wall outlet, the 1.5 kW is the largest drive you can run without a circuit upgrade.

Built-in PID — Constant Pressure Pump Control

The built-in PID controller removes the need for an external PLC or pressure controller in pump applications. Connect a 4–20 mA or 0–10 V pressure transducer to the AI terminal, set your target pressure, and the VFD automatically varies motor speed to maintain constant line pressure. This is the standard setup for small irrigation, water transfer, and pressure-boosting systems.

  • Drill presses and pedestal grinders
  • Small irrigation pumps — PID constant pressure control from a single 240 V outlet
  • CNC router spindles — high-frequency output (up to 400 Hz) for 2-pole high-speed spindle motors
  • Fan and blower speed control

1- All our products come with 1 year warranty, unless stated otherwise. Stated clearly on the tax invoice.
2- All warranty/return items must accompany by a return approval (RA) note. Please contact us via email, or telephone to obtain a return approval.
We do this to minimize errors and misunderstanding.
3- Any item returned without an RA note will not be looked at or contact and would eventually be discarded. This will cause delay to your warranty claim.
